For the mother who is DONE watching it come down her family

3 reasons every praying mother should spend 40 daysmaking sure it STOPS with her.

You’ve prayed over your family for years, and it keeps coming back anyway. The drinking. The divorces. The same sickness at the same age, eating your family alive one generation at a time. It was NEVER your faith. You were handed prayers, never the steps. It Ends With Me is not another prayer book. It’s 5 guided steps from the Bible, built on Nehemiah 9, that take you from the one thing you want most, written down on Day 1, to the finish line on Day 40. Your son back. The addiction broken. The drinking that took your daddy STOPPED before it takes your grandson.

  • 5 guided steps from the Bible, built on Nehemiah 9. Not 1 more prayer. A PLAN.
  • Every prayer written out word for word, so you NEVER freeze again
  • Finds where it came from, even what nobody in your family would talk about
  • 10 minutes a day. Your ask on Day 1. Your finish line on Day 40.
A woman kneeling in prayer by candlelight as the generations of her family stand behind her and a chain lies broken at her feet

1.Your prayers were NEVER too weak.Nobody ever gave you the steps.

Let’s be honest about what you’ve tried. A prayer book with 77 prayers in it. Ah yes, number 78 is surely the one. A stranger’s prayer on YouTube at 2 in the morning. And the church’s favorite: “Just keep believing, sister.” You HAVE believed, for 20 years. 20 years of prayers. 0 steps. That’s the whole problem.

When Nehemiah heard the wall of Jerusalem was broken down, he “sat down and wept” and prayed, then named EXACTLY what he was asking for (Nehemiah 2:4 to 5). Later, God’s people “confessed their sins, and the iniquities of their fathers,” read God’s Word, told their whole story back to God and wrote their promise down. Not more prayer. Steps. It Ends With Me puts them in your hands, with every prayer written out for you.

  • Ask for the ONE thing you want most, on Day 1
  • Read what God says about it
  • Trace where it came from, in your family and your home, so you finally pray at the ROOT
  • Confess your sins and your fathers’ sins
  • Seal it on Day 40 with a blessing over every child by name

2.It NEVER goes around Jesus.Every step ends at His cross.

You know Jesus is the answer. So why does the same thing keep tearing through families that love Him? Because the cross opened the door, and NOBODY showed you how to walk through it.

God had already given Israel the Promised Land, and they still had to walk in. You walk through the way John said to: “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us” (1 John 1:9).

Every prayer is prayed in the name of Jesus. No rituals. Nothing to earn. Just your ask, His Word, confession, forgiveness and a blessing over your family.

  • Every prayer prayed in the name of Jesus
  • Every step with its verse RIGHT on the page
  • No oils, no rituals, no demon hunting
  • King James from cover to cover, the same Scripture your church already teaches
It Ends With Me open to Day 2, It Was Finished at the Cross, with Galatians 3:13 to 14 and its prayer written out beneath it

3.Whatever is coming down YOUR family,it ends on Day 40 of your part.

Maybe it’s your son and the bottle. Your daughter, who hasn’t set foot in a church in 6 years. The same divorce, the same money trouble, the same rage, coming for one more generation. Or nothing has hit yet, and you REFUSE to let it start. And no, you can’t make him want it. Your part is praying over what came down to him, whether he’s 16 or 46, so when he turns around there’s a praying mother at the end of the road, like the father who saw his son “yet a great way off” and ran to him (Luke 15:20).

The steps work the same on ALL of them. On Day 1 you write down your ask, not a claim but a request under God’s will, the way Nehemiah brought his. Every page after that walks you straight at it, and on Day 40 you read it out loud and hand it, and every name in your family, to Jesus. “I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase” (1 Corinthians 3:6). You plant. God gives the increase. And if you don’t see a change in your family, you get every penny back.

  • Your son, your daughter, your marriage, your grandbabies, or ALL of them
  • Your ask on Day 1, read out loud again on Day 40
  • Do it alone, or with your daughter, your sister or your church group

Your 40 days

Day 1: AskWrite down the one thing you’re asking God for, like your son back or the drinking stopped, on your My Ask page.
Days 2 to 7: ReadWhat God says about your family and what you asked for. 10 minutes each morning.
Days 8 to 17: TraceFind where it came from: your mother’s side, your father’s side, your home and the people around the ones you love, known and unknown.
Days 18 to 33: ConfessYour sins and the sins of your fathers, one pattern at a time, in the words Daniel and Nehemiah used.
Days 34 to 40: SealRead your ask again, speak a blessing over every child and grandchild by name, then sign and date the last page.

After day 40

Keep it by your bedWhen an old pattern shows up again, open back to its day and pray it again.
Give a copy to a grown childMany women pray through it, then hand one to a son or daughter so the blessing keeps going down the line.

There is nothing to fill in but your ask on Day 1 and your last page on Day 40, no group to keep up with and no one who has to know. Miss a morning and the next day will be waiting for you.

Arrives 7–13 business days
Tracked from the day it ships

Every day gets its own page, Day 1 to Day 40, in the order of the 5 steps. Day 1 is your ask, with a My Ask page to write it down. Each day has the same 3 things: 1 short teaching, 1 prayer written out word for word, and the verse it comes from printed right beside it. On Day 40 you read your ask again and sign and date your covenant page, the way God’s people wrote their promise down in Nehemiah 9:38. It is a guide to prayer, not a replacement for your Bible, so you can check every verse in your own.

The first prayer book that told me what to DO

I have read every prayer book there is, and I always quit halfway. This one is different because it tells you what to do and in what order. I read the day, I pray it out loud, and I check the verse in my own Bible. On day 40 I wrote all 7 of my grandbabies’ names on that last page and cried like a baby. I keep it on my nightstand now.

Straight answers

The questions praying women ask before they start their 40 days.

If your question is not here, send us an email help@redeemedbloodline.com and a person will answer it.

It was NEVER your faith. You prayed for him for years with no plan, and nobody ever showed you how to pray over what came down to him. Another list of prayers, a stranger’s prayer on YouTube at 2 in the morning, and “just keep believing, sister.” Ah yes, those have worked SO well. These 40 days give your years of prayer a plan, with your ask written down on Day 1, 5 guided steps from the Bible and a finish line on Day 40, because “in due season we shall reap, if we faint not” (Galatians 6:9).
Keep it, because those prayers got you through some hard nights. But it’s a list of prayers, 1 topic a day, with no start and no end. It Ends With Me is 5 guided steps from the Bible, built on Nehemiah 9: you Ask on Day 1, Read what God says, Trace where it came from, Confess it and Seal it on Day 40. Your own ask goes on the My Ask page, so every page after it is about YOUR family, not everybody’s. Every prayer book gives you prayers, and NONE of them gives you the steps.
You can’t make him want it, and this book NEVER asks you to. Paul prayed for people who hadn’t turned yet: “my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved” (Romans 10:1). Letting go means you stop rescuing him, not that you stop praying for him. You write him down as your ask on Day 1 and spend 10 quiet minutes a day putting him in God’s hands, and nobody, not even him, has to know. So when he turns around, there’s a praying mother at the end of the road, like the father who saw his son “yet a great way off” and ran to him (Luke 15:20).
Jesus DID finish it, and when He was done He said, “It is finished” (John 19:30). Peter says you were redeemed “from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers” (1 Peter 1:18), so the cross reaches what was handed down to you too. But most churches preach the cross and NEVER teach you how to walk it out at home, and Paul told saved believers to “work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. For it is God which worketh in you” (Philippians 2:12 to 13). Nothing in these 40 days adds to what Jesus did, because you can’t add to finished. They’re how you walk out what He already finished, in your own home, with your own family.
Only a mother who loves him enough to look ever asks that, and God isn’t asking you to carry it. “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus” (Romans 8:1), and the book says it plainly: owning your part never means taking the blame for what someone did to you. Tracing isn’t blaming you either, because God does the searching (“Search me, O God, and know my heart,” Psalm 139:23), and He does not do it to shame you. When you confess your part, “he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins” (1 John 1:9), and if someone hurt you, Day 32 NEVER asks you to say it was okay. Your guilt has never fixed a thing, but confession lets you set it down and MOVE.
It starts where your church starts, at the cross, and every page is Scripture, confession and prayer. It’s King James from cover to cover, and every verse has its reference printed, so you can check EVERY word in your own Bible. There are no oils, no rituals and no demon hunting, and the only curse in the whole book is the one Jesus took for you: “Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us” (Galatians 3:13). Women from Baptist, Methodist, nondenominational, Pentecostal and Bible churches all pray the same 40 days. The very first page says it does not replace your Bible, your church or your pastor.
Name it and claim it tells God what to do, and your ask NEVER does. It’s a request, the kind the Bible tells you to bring: “let your requests be made known unto God” (Philippians 4:6). When the king asked Nehemiah what he wanted, “So I prayed to the God of heaven,” and THEN he named it (Nehemiah 2:4 to 5). Your My Ask page has 1 John 5:14 printed right on it, “if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us,” and your Day 1 prayer says, “I am not telling You what to do, Lord.” No seed gift, no decree and no promise to make you rich, just your heart brought to God under His will.
You can’t go back and raise them again, but you’re not raising them now, you’re praying for them, and prayer has NO age limit. Day 37 says it plainly: it is never too late to teach your grown children and your grandchildren, with your words and your life. One woman wrote, “My mom prayed for 35 years for my salvation.” And the grandbabies are still growing up, under the mercy of the LORD “upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children’s children” (Psalm 103:17). Whether yours are 16 or 46, the best day to start is today.
Most prayer books never end, so NOBODY finishes them, and this one is 1 page a day for 40 days, about 10 minutes each. Every verse is printed for you and explained in plain words, and every prayer is written out word for word, with spots that stop for your own words, like “Say out loud the one thing you are asking God for.” You don’t need to know your Bible well, you just need to show up. Miss a day and you pick up right where you left off, because His compassions “are new every morning” (Lamentations 3:22 to 23). And on Day 40 there’s a finish line, when you read your ask again and sign your name.
Then it costs you NOTHING. If you do all 40 days and don’t see a change in your family, you get every penny back, any time in 365 days, no questions asked. You pay once, nothing renews, and there’s no oil, seed gift or second purchase you need to make it work. On Day 40 you’ve planted, and the Bible says “God gave the increase” (1 Corinthians 3:6), and women tell us the first change they see is often in their own home and their own peace. That’s about $1 a day for 40 days, and the risk is ALL on us.
Yes, because YOU write the ask on Day 1, so the steps aim at your son, your daughter, your marriage, your money or your grandbabies, whatever yours is. The book has its own days for drinking and addiction (Day 24), anger (Day 25), broken marriages (Day 26), money trouble (Day 27), sickness that comes back (Day 28) and fear and worry (Day 29). If it’s the friends he fell in with, Day 13, The Company They Keep, has you pray over who’s walking beside him, because “evil communications corrupt good manners” (1 Corinthians 15:33). Sickness gets careful prayer, because Jesus said, “Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents” (John 9:3), so you keep your checkups and get real help too. Your doctor asks about your family history because things come down the line, and this is what to DO about what came down to yours.
You already pray a hedge of protection around your family, and you’re right to. But you’ve watched families at your own church that looked fine too, until they weren’t. A protection prayer asks God to keep trouble out, and these 40 days also look at what’s already in the house, the habits we all call normal (Day 9). The world IS getting darker, and Joshua lived in a land full of other gods and still said, “as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD” (Joshua 24:15). The best time to stop it is before it ever starts.
Because the steps aren’t for God, they’re for YOU, so you finally stop praying in circles. God is no vending machine, and the book says it straight out: Nehemiah never gave a formula, and these 5 steps are not magic. The Bible doesn’t list them in this order, but every one is something Nehemiah or God’s people really did. Nehemiah named his request (Nehemiah 2:4 to 5), and later God’s people “confessed their sins, and the iniquities of their fathers,” “read in the book of the law of the LORD their God one fourth part of the day,” told their whole story back to God and wrote their promise down (Nehemiah 9). That’s why the steps are built on Nehemiah 9, and you can check every one of them in your own Bible.
Your Bible is right, and this book prints Ezekiel 18:20 as Day 4: you will NEVER stand before God guilty for your daddy’s sin. The same chapter shows a son that “seeth all his father’s sins which he hath done, and considereth, and doeth not such like,” and God says “he shall surely live” (Ezekiel 18:14 to 17). That son saw it, thought it through and didn’t repeat it, and that’s the Trace step. You never repent for your daddy, you confess your OWN sin first (Day 18) and then agree with God about what came down, the way Nehemiah prayed, “both I and my father’s house have sinned” (Nehemiah 1:6). To confess is to say what God says about it, not to carry their guilt.
Right where Paul put the Old Testament stories, which “happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition” (1 Corinthians 10:11), which means examples, written down to teach us. Every day in this book starts from the cross and the new covenant Jesus made: “This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you” (Luke 22:20). Nehemiah shows you what walking it out looked like, and Jesus is the One you confess to. There are no rituals in this book and nothing to earn, and every prayer is prayed in the name of Jesus.
